What kinda of swordsman speed will I need to hit the speed cap 100% of the time with a 5.4 speed hammer? Is just 75 even close or do I have to become a millionaire, and fast?

Master Brawler (+5)

Force Combat (+12) ----- When it comes out and if it works

This give a total of +92 speed, which is almost the required amount for cap.

Ya you wont be able to cap unless you are a Jedi or just really really REALLY rich. The speed really isnt that bad, there is some delay but if you get a good PH, a good slice, and a speed power-up you can get pretty fast.

either an incredible lootwhore or a rich millionare.

your would need 94-95 points total to cap at 1 second on every special attack with that PH.
