taunt well taunts a bad guy to get off a the medic.

warcry lowers the speed of the attacking foe

intimidate (my fav) vastly drops the damage dealt and chance to hit on whom it lands on

Taunt works very well for seperating mobs. Here's how I use it at lairs were there are two of them:

1)get within70-80 metersthe mob you wish to kill (mob A) and a safe distancefrom the one which you don't (mob B)(around 64 meters)

2) tab/pick the mob you don't wish to kill (mob B)

3) use taunt on it

4)most speicesprotect each other so 9/10 the farther mob (mob A)will aggro you and the one you actually taunted will just stand there.

5) Hit peace and or clear on the one you taunted (mob B)

6) Now targetmob A .. thats the one thats nowrunning towards you.

7) Thats it.. works like a charm.

8) Make sure you use the wonderful variety of 2Hspecials (mob A or B)

That's a pretty interesting strategy, I'll have to try it out. Usually I just run around the one I want to kill, wait for it to aggro on me, then "kite" it away from the lair. As long as I don't land a hit on it, its friend won't attack me. However, with the game's "awesome" netcode I can't pull this off all the time.

you can do the exact same thing by hitting the attack key at range, with a melee weapon (or nothing) equipped

but yes it works very well
