First the bad news:

I told you i would post an updated list of our issues. This won't happen for now. 2 reasons:

1. As some of you have noticed yourself a big and also important part of our issues haven't been adressed yet and i think we need to get those fixed first before moving on, especially because we see discussions about those topics coming back every couple of days.

2. I thought about creating a new list in order to have something at hand in case our designer wouldn't come forward with his own ideas about how and what to work on. This isn't the case, therefore there are also...

Good news:

Yes, communication with our Designer is happening and it's a two-way-communication. So yes...the times where we thought our issues wouldn't be heard are over. Currently i'm trying to figure out how to make this an effective three-way-communication, working back and forth. As the program finally started working for us only 3 days ago, i would like to kindly ask you to give me abit moretime to figure out how to make all this work effectively. For now i continue following your posts, in order to be able to implement them into the workflow (some links came actually already to use in the past days). The restrictions i'm confronted with don't permit me at this point of time to give you any more specific news, i hope you understand, but it seems as if it won't take too much time before you will be getting more specific information.

For now, i'm going to repeat myself: don't expect any one day wonders and that all our issues will be solved at once with the next update, but work is being done...step by step.

I've been in a good mood in the past days...not euphorically good, but good

PS: As you may have noticed, Thunderheart, the new assistant community manager joined the team and started his work on monday. You can find already quite a few of his threads and posts on DevTracker. Poor guy, i wouldn't want to be in his place right now as he has to catch up with everything, eventhough he is "one of us" and has been playing the game for quite awhile. I'm curious to see how he's going to handle everything, but so far i got a good feeling and who knows, maybe we will see the day soon where a "red guy" comes posting on our board, actively talking to us.
