While fighting Nightsister Elders there is probably a 1% chance that they will drop a skill tape with a +25 mod on it. You just gotta go kill 100 NS Elders per shot at your speed tape.

I looted a two hand speed +6 jacket off a nym pirate. Downside is it's ugly and I cant wear chest armor with it.

I feel so damn slow when I swing a Power Hammer. Hell, even using a Scythe with 2H Hit 3 I feel slow, and my Scythe is 2.6. The only thing I feel fast with is my 1.7 speed Curved Sword, which I can cap on a lot of specials with (maybe even all of them, don't know the delays of all of the specials, but it seems that 2H Hit 3 is much slower than 2H Head Hit 3 for some reason). I wear armor all the time against tougher opponents, but I don't want to use Armor Attachments on anything but a Ubese shirt because I'm not a fan of wearing high encumbrance useless armor just for a few skill mods.

It wouldn't be bad at all though if they would have NPCs that could combine skill tapes together for a price. It could be a good money sink.

And where did you loot these things?

Had a friend loot a bandolier off the new tuskens with +21 twohand speed and +23 combat med experimentation. Sold it for a cool 10mil.

after the first day, which by the way after killing six witch doctors and observers and no loot on any, they have not spawned on intrepid at all
