I was wondering what speed power hammer I can use and have it cap. I don't know the formula to figure it out, so if you can point me in the direction of it that would be great. Or for those who have a program or what not here are my stats. I am a MHS with a +20 to speed. Thanks for your help.

The cap is 93, which can be achieved with a +18 in bonuses. It can also be met with a +13 if you have Master Brawler.
