Thread: Wookiee question

This character I am creating is mainly for roleplay purposes, but I plan to master him and PvE alot. I'm not really focusing on PvP to much, so that's not what this template is for.
I'm seeking a really strong melee template (for PvE), using a wookiee. In light of the recent announcement of Wookiee armor I feel he will be a decent choice for a melee profession.
Another thing, I see a few guides saying that at any brawler skill IV I can head to dantooine with Doctor buffs/entertainer buffs and some special chef food and do quenker missions. However one key part in the guide says I need kenetic resistant armor; does the wookiee have trouble using this tactic to gain experience due to his lack of armor? Would the buffs be enough to do this.
What is a good melee profession combo to make my wookiee as strong as possible in PvE?

I would go pikeman and swordsman with tka meditation line pikeman is good in pve if it is played right and wookiees get HAM bonus so they make the best pikeman.

i went from novice brawler to novice tka in about 3 hours hunting hurrton howlers on dant. they give the same exp as the quenkers, but you get the wooly hides which sell for a pretty penny.

Don't worry about the armor. If you're buffed, you should do pretty well. Get the mind buffs too if you can, or chug some brandy. Composite is for sissys.

I just got Novice Sword this weekend, and did fine against quenkers with Doc Buffs and vasarian Brandy.
