Ok, The mystical voice from the holo said..master Swordsman...and so Ive started out getting up the Brawler 2 handed tree pretty quick.

My question is...

Is the best weapon to use definetely the curved swords? I tried the Vibro axe, nice damage but deadly slow.! Is there anything else that can be used whilst Im trying to get up the Novice exp ?

WHat are the stats on your curved sword?

I have a max dmg 236 spd 2.2, that I got to novice with just fine.

I'm pretty new to Swordsman myself but I used the two-handed curved sword to get to Novice. With a good suit of armor and some doctor buffs/brandy I was able to got to Dathomir and blow through the XP neededto get Novicepretty quickly.

Desslok Soluth, Master Pistoleer, Novice Swordsman, and little of this and that.
First Holo - Master Pistoleer (how nice - I was working on it anyway)

For the record. I sliced my own ...

Speed 1.9 Damage 233

Nice and fast. Its much better than the Vibro axe... I just thougt I was picking the wrong weapon for the 2handed 4 certification- Cleaver. I can't actually see any "Cleavers" around, and Im assuming that a Vibro axe is one of these. Am I correct?

A cleaver actually looks like a big double edged straight sword, they're not very common because the 2h sword is better until your powerhammer/scythe become options.
