Swordsman Archive

I've been playing a Doctor/Bioengineer for a while, and decided I'm sick of being a non-combat character. I'd never even consider dropping Doc, so I'm saying bye to BE.

So, my question is this:

My initial plan is to keep Master Doctor, and earn Master Swordsman. I play a combination of solo PvE, group PvE, and PvP (usually base assault or defense). How effective would the master Doctor/Swordsman combo be in each of these circumstances, and what's the best use of the remaining 18 points I'd have?
