I am a master brawler/swordsman/pikeman. I log onto Gorath today and see the I do more damage per second with a standard vibro lance, than I do with my base acklay powerhammers, and my previously 450 max damage scythe.
Conversions messed up?? I hope so.

besides the dmg listed on the weapon is standard attack not taking into account certain speed mods I believe and with specials could change,,, or you need a new hammer,,, most speed sliced hammers convert to better dmg,,, lol I spend 20 million on a 315-808 pre CU door stop i think

I'm not sure, I logged out, i just wanted to see how the weapons converted.
But in the "your modified DPS" part, as a master brawler/sword/pike, my standard vibrolance outdid any and all 2 handed weapons.

Its possible that before the conversion, the VL was a much better weapon than the Powerhammer. What were their pre-conversion stats?

again, not sure on the hammers, but the vibro lance was 3.9, 98-304 and it got a speed slice. so maybe 2.9 speed it ended up at. just a regular vl with a slice. and now it's more damaging than 3 power hammers that had base acklay bones, 2 with speed slices, one weak damage slice. just doesn't make sense to me if swordsman is a "5" in offense and pikeman is "4" i think.

the pike only has a better DPS now. i have a acklay Power hammer that has a DPS of 277 un modded.
and acklay bones will now not help raise DPS it will lower DPS but raise Damange. Pre-CU Acklay Hammers will be better then Post CU acklay hammers.
ut our normal Power Hammers should have a better DPS then that Lance.

My previous 290-850ish dmg acklay hammer is now around 283 base dps. I have at least two vibro lances with base dps of about 330.. I think maxdmg was somewhere around 600 for the vibro lances before conversion.. tops.
I'm not getting this, why are pikemen getting the high damage weapons when swordsman are supposed to be the melee damage-dealers?

Crafted PH's are now 300 dps before slice..... you got caught in the great weapons nerf my friend.
