With buffs I would have thought so, I can clear out the hyperdrive facility on Rori in about 10 minutes, I don't think that's much different.
Even took out a TKM/Fencer in there with another 6 NPCs blasting me at the same time, though I was buffed, but since I'm a doctor and have half his combat skills I don't really feel like feeling guilty about that

Here is what I am packing:
Comp armor 80% kenetic and 69% on all other stats.
Brandy - 402 @ 40 @ 50 fill.
Muon
Buffs (Only use one doctor who always has been getting 2300 constant)
And my power hammer hammer 144-466 @ 3.0 (With no power ups).
I am also a ch, who has two pets, a grual and rancor one is level 28(46) other is 21 (36).

I'm a master doc, master swordsman, same brandy, same armour, don't need muon unless you get attacked by a player, a couple of brandies does the job against the NPCs, I use a slower but heavier power hammer with a damage powerup so I can one-shot some characters, but by and large the whole place is a piece of cake.
I took out a TKM/Fencer in there along with 6 rebel NPCs at the same time, so that should give you an idea of how dangerous the NPCs themselves are.
