Tried some data for the new weapon speed and came up with:

actual speed=weapon speed*(0.5231+0.4769*2^(-speed/46))

Got a random deviation of at most 5e-3 meaning all numbers i found so far follow this furmula.

If you would care to see if this works or if it is faulting please post data for when it doesn't work and i will try to improve it.

I would never dis anybody for doing something like that. So /clap /cheer man. But holy crap do I have to agree with ChewJedi. Time to walk away for a bit Zhorx. Go outside and smell the air and flowers. I mean I havent taken any math classes in 4 or so years. I had to read that 5 times to figure out you hadnt accidently posted in Russian.

Using that formula, the maximum speed attainable is .5231 of the weapons speed,

and you need the following speed stats:

140 to reach 90% = .581

190 to reach 95% = .551

299 to reach 99% = .528

453 to reach 99.9% = .524

to reach those percentages of the max speed andspeed modifiers.

So it seems that after 200 or so speed doesnt make a difference anymore.

Also these are the stats you get with:

Master Swordsman = 90 = 0.646 * weapon speed

Master Swordsman/Master Brawler = 115 = 0.607 * weapon speed

Master Swordsman/Master Brawler/FS Melee Speed = 127 = 0.593 * weapon speed

Master Swordsman/Master Brawler/FS Melee Speed/Master any Elite Brawler Proffesion = 147 = 0.575* weapon speed

So with another melee proffesions its enough to almost cap weapon speed.

Well, it took me all of 15 minutes once i got the numbers. Statistics, or some kind of statistics, is what i am going to work with for the next 5 years so it isn't that hard.

I would like some numbers from over 155 speed to check the formula however, since it was fitted from 0 to 155 speed it would be nice to see how it turns out over 155. Might need modifications since extrapolating is a hassle.
