I'm going Master Swordsman, 0/0/4/4 Doc and Im wondering what HAM you'd go w/this? I was thinking MAX Mind/Focus/Willpower and even out the rest since Ill be buffed to do all my hunting/pvpng

You cant buff with 0044, you need at least adv wound treatment.

Yes if you do want to buff yourself, you'll need at least 0/2/3/0. This assumes you just buy your buff packs from other doctors that way you don't have to make them yourself and you can free up skillpoints for other stuff.
