Swordsman Archive

Does anyone have any Idea where this weapon can be found? I know it can't be made by a weaponsmith so it must be a quest or a drop. If it's a quest, tell me how to start it. Or if it is a drop, who drops it?

I think all us swordsman need a little bit of info on this weapon.

It's a quest. No reports have been posted that would indicate it made it to 'live' servers or even on the test center.
