Hmmm...i can't remember the name of the creature but i had 2 very bad experiences with those huge birds on Endor:

Twice i went out for good hunts, and twice they diseased my mind pool, and getting your mind healed on endor isn't one of the most common things to happen in the galaxy.

Ever since i'm having this reflex ofchosing detours, whenever i hear large wings flapping somewhere close...no matter what planet

Gorax on endor. Hes the biggest badest mob in the game. You used to be able to pull missions from a guy to get him to spawn but they nerfed it. Now its just a random spawn.

one place that is fun to test out your area attack is the narglatch cave near moenia.

Ok i've done some research on the big stuff I killed so far (solo) and it's relative challenge level:

Juvenille Canyon Kryat Dragon : 125 -Tatooine

Singing Mountain Clan Guardian :150 -Dathomir

Ancient Bull Rancor : 95 -Dathomir

Dark Force Crystal Hunter : 100 -Dantooine

AT-ST : 125 - Corellia Lol...

Ok thats all the big big stuff for now. Post your stuff guys! I wanna see all your solo trophy kills!

next up... Kimogilia's on Lok, More Kryat's on Tatooine, Peko-Peko Albatross on Naboo, and Gorax on Endor! I'll keep y'all posted =)

Is there a general area where the Gorax spawns?

I've got a question for you... How (in what order) did you go up the tree?

Did you find getting certain boxes before others helped you move up the tree quicker?

Thanks!

Toxotes, Boatsheets... As far as where He spawns, i'm not sure. I think theres a Gorax cave somewhere on Endor, dunno never been there. But i'll due some research n' find out. And for how I leveled up my swordsman stats I just posted that in another thread here, I forget which one though. But it was pretty much an even spread across the board, with me maxing out offense and techniques at the same time, then defense last. Area attack 2 = good times vs dewbacks on tatooine.

Umm.. depending on the situation I use either Mindhit2, mindhit1,headhit3,area attack3, spin attack 2, Intimidate2, warcry2, two-handed lunge2, Berserk2, and /sit. I don't think that last one is an attack though. Lol... Ok the point I'm trying to make is that there is no one way to solo.. It's more dynamic then that. If for instance, I'm running very low on mind pool, but my other pools are good, and I've already used some muon gold, I may switch up to an intimidate/autoattack strategy. Which is very conservative on the HAM. But slower to drop mobs. If I'm full up on buffs, and HAM, I'll be more aggresive with knockdowns, bleeds, and headhit3's. If i'm out of drugs, and the mob isn't too tough, i'll forgoe the bleeds and just use the mindhits. I could write a whole page on swordsman strategy, but alot of it is experience, and adaptability. And alot of what I do is fine tuned to my equipment on hand, and my personal play style. And some of it, I just wanna keep to myself for selfish reasons =) although that may change. experiment. There's plenty of ways to kill big stuff. But for me, there is only one weapon... The powerhammer... I carry 2 on me currently, one sliced for speed and one for damage. although I'm having some rancor toothed ones built for me. I'll let you guys know how they turn out. Some people like to carry around a 2h curved sword just in case... but I loaned mine to someone and never got it back, and I haven't really needed to get a new one. But I may.

To summize: 1. Lots of them. 2. PowerHammer.

-remember equipment is just as important as skill. Drugs, food, drink, buffs, armor, pets, BE clothes, weapon powerups, Stims etc... These are all IMPORTANT! ...if you wanna be awesome that is.

*crap... now i'm way off topic.. /hangtinyheadinshame

I've killed everything on that list solo except the ATST. I think the time I tried I tried to warcy it forever and eventually the ATST stopped missing me... lol. All the other stuff I have killed reliably sans buff, except the giant and ancient krayts, if I get a knockdown dizzy I don't always get around it, then your 1.3k health doesn't last too long. But I like the challenge you are putting forth. Post it and I'll match it. I may even drop teras kasi master so we cold really go head to head. I just wanted to keep it for that extra defence and meditate... We'll see, let me know how it goes with ya. I'll look for this Gorex thing too, never heard of it. AndI'll go back to the ATST. unbuffed and no pet right? consider it done. Oh and fighting 2 krayts is better than one, if you can get them to tank each other for you... Or just keep the warcry/bleeds goin. Either way...

Don't drop master TK on my account, I was thinking of trying that out one day myself. In the meantime, I may dabble in smuggler for that little gem they call Feign death. I saw a Smuggler using bleeds & feign death to kill a big ol' kryat. And I said to myself "Blip, you can bleed that mamma-jamma 12x faster than this screw over here with his pea-shooter." So I'm thinking that the ultimate big-game hunter template might go somethin' like this. Master brawler, Master swordsman, smuggler 0-0-4-0 Medic 4-4-4-0. with 4 points to spare. *evil grin* I begin the experiment.... TONIGHT!
