Ok I started Swordsman on friday and I was wondering if Iam going about getting xp the right way. I have been doing the piket missions on Dantooine and seem to be getting large amounts of XP.

So as of last night I got to 2/2/2/3> Is that a pretty good rate for advancment or is there something else I could do to get xp faster.

And no my holo didn't tell me to master swordsman It told me TK but I am not interested in being a jedi!

Also sidenote I used to be a BH 1/4/4/4 and let me tell you the amount of fun I am having now as a swordsman compared to BH.

I wish I would have known that melee would be so fun.

It sounds to me like you are kicking arse, getting to 2223 in 2 1/2 days. I also surrendered BH (from 2444) to go Swordsman and not for some holo but for a change. I friggin love it.

If you think it is good now, you should pair it up with Master Brawler. It's ridiculous how much better Intimidate2 and warcry2 are then the novice brawler pair. Plus CoB for Master Brawler/Master Swordsman makes it all the better.

Thanks for the words of encouragment. I think I am going to have to take your advice on the Master brawler route and see how that works out for me.

Is there any other advice you can give a new swordsman as far as duels or pvp? I was very active in the GCW and pvp when I was a BH and I would like to stay active.

Novice swordsman now. Not a holo either... I love these swords... what a change.

Thats pretty good, but if you want some better xp than pickets check out Rori. Ravenous torton are easier to kill (using a 2 handed curved sword) than pickets are and you get close to 4k xp for taking one out...slightly more than a picket.
