it's in the land of the mist and the only way you can get it is if you find a way other then mastering proffessions to unlock your FSS


yeah so it's not in game yet cuz the quest is still broken/ is not in game yet but the graphics are ingame for it theres just no quest yet for us to get it. so technacly it is ingame but at the same time not cuz we can't get it
