melee and range defense mod stack

thats why i got a tree of precision in TK.

these mods directly affect the accuracy of your enemy , hence making them miss more often.

so the higher your melee/ranged defense the harder you are to hit.

even if you get it up into the hundreds though you still get hit from time to time, it does help especially with COB.

if you go up different professions does all the mods stack up over each other?

i have

master tka

master hs

master brawler

and was debating going up a fencing defense tree if they stack, just wondering if anyone know's for sure.

Question for u on Ranged Defense and Melee Defense

Ranged Defense - Ability to do more damage with a ranged attack

Melee Defense - Ability to take more damage from a melee attack

Now melee defense sounds right, your ability to defend against a melee attack.... hence DEFENSE

Ranged defense = ability to hit harder with a ranged attack??? That would be Ranged Offense not defense... and why do I get ranged defense pts in a brawler class combatent???? Or did somebody not drink enough caffeine when they were typing up the description of skill mods???

It does stack. Ever try to KD a TKM/master gunfighter?

okay that's what i thought. he made it seem that like ownly melee and randge defences stack that's so muc hbetter then

as far as i know, everything but the center of being, and toughness stack. so go for whatever skills you want

I have neer seen that desciption of ranged def. But I know it makes me harder to get hit by a ranged waspon, like melee def makes it harder to hit me with a melee weapon.

SO wait the defence vs dizzy, kd, posture change and so on does not stack
