Looks good except for a small detail.

Get the 0100 in TKA. This will grant you the Improved Center of Being. Learn to love it and macro it to run constantly.

Other than that, I would probably drop Fencer and respec my points to TKA for the general defense bonuses (I'm not talking about the unarmed defenses which include innate armor - don't be confused with that). You're already uber with Swords and Pike. Focus now on defense and you will rule them all.

The base stats for the professions you outlined and this application (http://www.bloodfin.org/modules/mydownloads/) are:

melee acc 210
melee spd 45
melee def 190
ranged def 145

So do you BE clothes modifiers or FS modifiers in your numbers?

My stats are (without my BE clothes and FS modifiers):

melee acc 185
melee spd 60
melee def 250
ranged def 190

So your template has a little more accuracy but mine has more speed and a lot more defense.
