I reactivated account and I am Master Sword plus some pikeman. Level 67 if I recall correctly and lo behold I can not use my armor anymore?!? It tell me I’m not certify!

Anyone nice enough to tell me how to get certify?

there are now 3 types of wearable armor, including recon, battle, and assault.

bounty hunter and commando i think are certified for assault, rifleman, pistols, and carbs are certified for recon i believe, and swords, fencer, and pike are certified for battle armor. teras kasi has its own, innate, armor (you dont have to wear any armor but you still get damage reduction).

if you were trying to equip composite, i believe that is now assualt armor. try picking up a suit of padded armor, since that is battle.
