Head into the zone NW of the starting town (sry cant remember the names) - its the zone with the myydral caves in.

Head north from the gate once inside and find your way into the wookie village, Karritamba i think its called.

Talk to the chief to start the quest.

Not off-hand, I bought the one I've got. Fair warning...it's a pretty good weapon, but it's *one*-handed, not two. So if you're looking for an uber-fine swordsman weapon, it's not quite. Looks great, but it's more aimed at fencers I fear I can definitely confirm--use it, you get one-handed experience, not two-handed.
