master brawler/master swordsman -- great combo. my combo. can't reccomend it enough.
TKA 0004 -- start runnin into trouble here. defence and acuity. defensive accuity will not work when you have a sword equipped. ranged/melee defense may not stack after the upcoming combat rebalance--so you may not want to start relying on it now.
novice fencer -- see above. dodge won't work w/ a sword equipped
smuggler 0010 -- Not a feigner myself, but i know it works well for people. Due to people using this skill to solo extremely high level MOB's -- a nerf would not be unlikely.

there are multiple causes for you to counterattack while fighting unarmed or 1h sword.
1. EVERYONE has a base ability to counterattack--not just swordsman/carbineer. Becoming a swordsman just boosts that innate ability when you wield a sword.
2. The combat spam will often mislabel innate defense abilities. I think pikeman's block always comes up as counterattack or something.
suggestions for remaining skill points:
1. w/ swordsman/brawler you have enough left over to master a ranged prof and still master medic. I reccomend rifles or carbines (carbines especially until counterattack stacking gets nerfed)
2. I'm not sure of the exact build--but you also have enough points left over to get enough Doc to be able to buff yourself--a VERY useful skill.
