Sorry I'm not too clued up on tapes, but from the tone of this post I guess that only the first listed skill works? Is this true? I didn't know this until now =]

I thought I read that you could negate the first tape somehow so that the second mod worked?

well i've been killing high end npcs for weeks looking for a nice 2 hand melee taper.

so i finally kill one just now and i got a taper!

i check it and the stats are

group terrian negotiation 15

two hand melee speed 12

i finally got one!

and it's worthless

wouldn't be so bad if it was terrian negotiation 15 but noooooooooo its a group one!

so mad.

oh well back to the drawing board.

yah thats an intresting theory but:

1. it isn't the first mod that works - it's the highest mod so........i dont know

2. i'll proably find another 2 hand speed taper like this before i find a group terrain nego one.

sony just likes to grief players

and im getting kinda sick of this game

If you want more clothing attachments or armor attachments, you can find alot of them in the Jinda Ritualist cave on Endor...there are 5 places in the cave where you can find the loot...they are in the loose debris container...looks like a pile of dump that acts as a MagSeal container...Just run around between these debris and collect a variety of attachments, doesn take too long to fill up your inventory with attachments. The loot usually spawn pretty quick according to my friend who has been "milking" the cave of loots. Just thought that might help you. Easy to find, its in the POI section.
