The cap is right around 95-96 depending on your hammers speed. It appears you are at a 94, so one or two more might still be needed.

with out master brawler you need +19 with master brawler you need +14 I

capped at 94 with a 5.9 hammer

+94 = cap with Headhit3 with a 6.0 speed hammer

+95 = cap with 2hHit3 with a 6.0 speed hammer

You are close unless my math is bad 75+12+7=94

If you are using a slow 5.9+ acklay hammer you might need 1 more point.
