Hello all, im a noob swordsman and I have a question.
My 2handed melee speed is at +85, and I have the +12 melee speed which would technically bring me to +97... what would I need to be a speed capped swordsman?

yes. just get a powerhammer and turn on the "log timer" function thing that records the time of everythign in spatial and see if you hit once a second.

Is that +12 from attachments or that the +12 from being Force Sensitive? It makes a difference
The formula is as follows:
Speed = (D * S) * [(100 - P) / 100] * [(100 - F) / 100] > 1.0
D = Delay of Attack Used
S = Speed Rating of Weapon
P = Perosnal Modifier listed in skill box corresponding to weapon class you are using, i.e +80 2hand Speed
F = Force Sensitive Modiferlisted in skill box, i.e 0,3,6,9, or 12 from Enhanced Melee or Enhanced Ranged Speed
If you know your math the formula should be easy, and you will also recognize that if you perosnal modifier reaches 100 the formula will equal 0 and you will be speed capped regardless of the weapon or attack you are using. TKs crack me up since they are speed capped from the moment they master yet some still buy attachments.
An Example:
Weapon - Power Hammer 5.3
Attack - 2Hand Hit 3 ( Longest Delay - 3.3)
Master Swordsman = +75 2hand Speed ( If not Master Brawler)
Attachments = +10 2Hand Speed
Force Sensitive Modifier = 12 (Full Branch of Melee Speed)
Speed = (3.3 * 5.3) * [(100 - 85) / 100] * [(100 -12) / 100] > 1.0
Speed = (17.49) * [15 / 100] * [88 / 100] > 1.0
Speed = 17.49 * .15 * .88 > 1.0
Speed = 2.6235 * .88 > 1.0
Speed = 2.30868 > 1.0 (since the number is greater than 1 you get actual outcome)
Hope this helps.

That is a decent place to start but it does not have the Force Sesitive Modifier in its formula yet.

Thanks for the info.
I believe I got the point that I was making across though.
