I had always heard about Exceptional weapons, but had never seen or owned one. I looted this off a NS 2 days ago.

NICE! get a 35% damage slice and a minor blemishes repair

very nice . if u arespeed capped this wil make it very hard to outdamage u ( keep it for that )

The dmg will be higher once its repaired also. Repair it before you slice it. Sliced weapons are more likely to get a failed repair.

That would be a sick pvp hammer. Don't waste a gem like that in pve.
