haha CSR's arn't that very helpfull with lost items.

I lost my ship once cuz i crashed while in space. like my entire ship was gone. Not in my data pad or on the ship terms.

So i got a reply from a CSR and said something like this. I'm sorry about your loss but we can not prove that you have ever had items in the game and there is no way for us to tell if your lieing or not so your loss. We can't do anything for you.

well send in a ticket any way but dont hope for much.

and hey maybe you'll get lucky and it will show back up in your data pad after server reset

P.S that really does suck. i hate it when items go poof

ouch. i never have trusted storage droids. anything i really value stays in the bank if im not actively using it.

I dont know how they track datapad storage. I live on a server boundry and I consider it a luck week when I havent filed a lost item ticket, usually I am waiting on them to complete the first ticket so I and file the next one. You name it I've lost it packs of heavy harvesters, millions of units of resources, a full suit of R.I.S. and the list goes on. I think CSR is actually getting better in the past few months they are promptly at least attempting to to get my item back to me. When you actually talk to them about the missing items it is completly astonishing the level of detail they have access to... So it leads me to believe they dont have the same controls on datapad storage nor on bank storage (missing NSEL)... which is very scary. I was completely floor a month ago when I found out one of my vendors was bugged and about to poof when it had nearly 6 mos. maintaince and I got a tell from CSR within 3 mins of filling the ticket and a personal visit to my house within 5 mins. With the level of detail they can recall items I have lost on and off vendor and dropping and picking up items from my house I cant believe that the can not prove that you owned the items. If that is truly the case where we thought it would be truly safe to store stuff really is about the least accountable place they could be.

Actually they can prove you have had an item, I had a CSR track some items that were stolen from me, he was able to see who had what items for the past 7months. So that CSR was just lazy, they probably wont help ya tho, theyll just say thats your fault and they dont have the time or resources to help you.
