My hammer is at 126, so I tend to run out of action after 4 hits.... Or if anyone has better suggestions for crafting a high dmg low action cost hammer with my master WS please do tell

I'm not a WS but one thing you can try and play with is making your cores using Red Geo Cubes, they have a sac lowering stat. I've seen -6 to -8 so far. Other than that i'm not too proficient in the crafting process.

Yes they are called hilt something, the one's i got lower action by 29% but you lose some accuracy about 9%.So with a pre-CU hammmer with 104 SAC if i use these SAC pup's my action cost is 73.

I'm not a WS but I believe it's all to do with the cores.
Make the cores as low as SAC as possible, most WS put every thing into damage of the cores leaving them with really high SAC.
When you go to make the hammer experiment in SAC until you are happy then the rest into damage and whatever th other field is.
You're hammer will turn out with damage in the 900 but much lower SAC then the 104 of the pre-curb ones. You can use this hammer much as I would a stun baton, testing out an oppenant defence before switching to a heavy hitter or for PvE were action matters more.

The pups are called hilt reinforcement kits. I don't know about your server but I had to find someone to make these for me since no venders carried them. They're usually like -30% sac and -17 accuracy or something so you sacrifice some accuracy for the sake of your action. With the amount of accuracy you get from your profession it shouldn't make much of a difference. Most swordsman like making their sword as powerful as possible by using damage pups but imo I'd rather have lower sac so I can hit a lot more.
