I just came back and have been respec'ing my character. I was trying to go MDoc / MSwords, but for some reason I dont seem to have enough points to have a double elite char? I can get to MSwords / Doc 4/4/4/4 but not select master. Not enough points. The best I can do is:

MSwords

Doc 4/2/x/4

TKA x/3/1/x

Brawler 4/4/4/x

Medic 4/4/4/x (for the ranged heals)

4 FS points

That get's me to CL72.

I even tried to respec to MSmuggler / MSwords with some medic but don't have enough elite points there either to get MSmuggler.

Any ideas? When I use the character builder, I dont have this problem.

Your respec is limited to the same amount of "elite" boxes you have spent points in so far. What you will have to do is get your template as close to what you want as possible and grind out the last part of it.

You must be right. Before I left, I was a 4/4/4/4 Doc and 4/4/4/4 Pistoleer. I didnt have enough App to be master of either. Then I quit.

Jeffincredible, I've seen you recommend MSwords/MSmuggler in previous posts. I would love to be a Master Smuggler again, but is it worth giving up the Medical Profs?

I don't recall recommending that template. For any melee template healing is very important. At this time I can't say that any melee/ranged template is truely viable in a pvp situation. Smuggler will always be a favorite of mine but not combined with a melee profession unfortunately.
