I know some attachment stats done work, and my buddy just gave me some 2H clothing and armor attachments and I was wondering if they are worth using?

CA 2-handed melee Evasion +3

AA 2-handed melee Damage +6

AA 2-handed melee Accuracy +1

only the accuracy is a currently working mod

does +5 counterattack work?and if so what does it do?

yes counterattack does work. but 2h counterattack does not, so you just want the plain counterattack. counterattack is swordsmans defence. it gives you a chance to counterattack incoming damage.
