Is a Master Swordsman more effective against an Ancient Krayt Dragon than a Teras Kasi Artist?

yes and no
if you want tank krayt so jedi and rifleman can do all the damage, than yes, however TKM can do crap damage wise to a krayt so Swordsman is better in that way.

swordsman = higher/better damage (target mind, AP2)
TK = better defenses for tanking

Against ancients you are doing from 100-300 dmg a second with Swordsman with TKA you do around 20-50 damage. Swordsman if not stacked will get dizzy/kd'd a lot more and thus making it less efficient then a TKM aswell as the toughness since the damage output on both professions is greatly reduced.

DOTs > TKA
Amind bleed doesn't seem like much but a 500 tic every 10 secs for 10 minutes =30k HAM! Not too bad.

soloing a krayt as a tkm will take a lot longer than doing it as a swordsman, so the answer is yes in my eyes

This is true, but the problem is that you can stack all the DOTs you've got and one speed-capped rifleman will still always walk up and steal the kill - DOTs *do not count* toward loot rights. Obviously though this applies more to the Commando/TKM template of Krayt-pwning than Swordsman.

i'm master swords\doc and i do rather well tanking. my buddy is rifles\cm and does all the damage while i just stand there spamming intimidate1. although i prefer giants because they only dizzy and take 1/2 hour to kill.
