Here is the macro I use for hunting Krayts, Its not for NS but it should be a good start.. I dont have Mbrawler, so u will have to change to intim2 and warcry2 if u have master.. and u may need to change the timing a little.
/intimidate1;
/warcry1;
/intimidate1;
/intimidate1;
/melee2hMindHit2;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/warcry1;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/pause 37;
/macro krayt;

Why would you want a macro for fighting sisters? They go down very fast. The only ones I even bother to intimidate are Protectors and Elders. As for running a macro on an Elder I think the situation is too fluid for one to be really effective. How you handle Elders is very dependent on what weapon they are wielding. Macroing a Krayt is ok for it's the same ole same ole stuff for an extended period of time but Elders go down quickly since you can do massive amounts of damage to them.

Bind intm 1 and 2 to a single key do the same for the 2 bleeds. Also make sure your COB loop is runing. All you need.

I use 3 skill macros and a starter macro:
First you make a CoB macro as follows:
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/CenterofBeing;
/pause 32/37;(depending if you have mbrawler or not)
/m CoB;
Then you make a headhit/hit3/spin or w/e macro:
/melee2hheadhit3;
/melee2hheadhit3;
/pause 1;
/m head;
Then I do an intimidate macro:
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/intimidate 1/2;
/intimidate 1/2;
/pause 30;
/m intim;
And if you want mind hit, do this also;
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/melee2hmindhit2;
/melee2hmindhit1;
/pause 60;
/m mind;
Then I make a start all macro:
/dump;
/m CoB;
/m head;
/m intim;
/m mind;
Then whenever you start combat you just hit one button and it starts all of your macros!

I never macro Nightsisters - the only macros I have are attached to my /intim2 and bleeds - and with that, I just tacked on 2hHeadHit3s onto these so my damage dealing isn't interrupted and it gives me greater flexibility if I get hit with a bleed or need to pop food or stims in an emergency.
