Trying to get my buddy capped what ind of tapes can be usefull to a swordsman and at what #'s?

Speed Cap FAQ
this should tell you what you need to know. as far as getting the tapes, there are many things that drop them. reb or imp NPCs, aakauns, nightsisters, borgle bat cave and lord nyax are just a few of the things you can get speed tapes from. i suggest getting FS speed and a +3 tape, much cheaper than getting +15 with master swords/master brawler template
