yeah, thats about as unlucky as you can get...wait no! a ph with 9k max and mind fire 99999 for 99999s with a 9999% potency and -1 uses. but with only 13/13 condition and non adk installible...

that sucks.. good thing is i have seen quite a bit of group terrain negotiiation 25 tapes drop.. so keep ur head up and keep looking

yeah, and they shouldnt be that expensive eather. who uses it? not many people...

is it random which one sticks??? or how do u guys know the terrain gonna stick?

butttttttttttt.. if I'm correct
if you find a 25 terr negotiation tape, which shouldn't be THAT hard
put in a clothing piece, add the 25/25 tape on it.. and the 25h speed should stick
right?

thats what i heard so far but then i also heard that if i stick a group terrain negotiation +1 on a clothis and then the CA that the speed should stick

unfortunatly not...the GTN will stick because it beats the +1 you mentioned...you need to drop a GTN +25 first, then add your attachment, thall be the only way to get the two handed speed to stick

it's not because it's on top that it sticks, but it's because it's alphabetically first i believe (altho maybe thats why it's on top hehehe)
and G for group comes before T for two-handed

when u have two equal number mods it falls on decending order aka 1st high mod will stick
EX
+11 countertatacck
+202hspd
+20defvsblind
the 2hspd would stick becuase it is the 1 highest number mod
