Thread: Need horrible 2h weapon which should i get?
What weapon is the worst for 2h swordsman? Looking for something absolutely as close to 0 on the HAM costs as possible.
Which weapon would this be?
I'm master swordsman and my weapons are killing me, so for special moves I was thinking of doing quick switches to other weapons for the ones that don't do damage.
Any advise would be helpful.

I could see doing that if your having to spam a special that disables the mob (like sweep or whatnot) but for the rest of the specials, weapon damage makes a difference and that you might be better off using your best weapon without special attacks then using a lowbie one spamming specials.. just my 2credits
I just tried, I was able to experiment a Heavy Axe down to a health HAM cost of around 55-56
I was able to experiment a Two-handed axe down to around 36-37. It was also faster and did more avg. damage.
first, at best your gonna get a weapon with 15 lower special costs (assuming NO components) Which isnt gonna be a huge difference, while the dmg and speed factors with be so much worse even spamming head hits, you will kill stuff slower than you did with normal attacks and a good sword.
Well, i have an excellent sliced 2h sword made by balm, very fast and very strong.
The HAM is from before the "big" patch. so it's xx/70/xx - well two swings with 2hmelee3 or something (the master command) I can only swing 2-3 times in battle before my action is nearly dead. Thank god I know one of the best suppliers of stim b's, Tarrochiire, sells 38 uses 345 healing power, so one shot of that good stuff gets me back going.
And I totally agree i need this weapon out for the heavy hitting stuff. I was justhoping to use a stupid fast no ham cost weapon for "lunge" then switching to the 2h3 for the finish.
do you think that would work? My ham is slightly hurt with lunge but not as much as when doing 2h3.
Just wondering if it might work.

Use Power Hammer as master. Nothing is better.
