When I use dizzy and then posture change on a humanoid npc they fall over like the skill is suppose to do, however if I do the same thing on a animal or monster npc the creature never falls over.

I know the monster is changing position because I can see the icon next to the HAM bars go to kneeling then to prone, but it always stands right back up. I don't think its just resists, unless it resists 100% of the time because I've tried it many many times, you'd think if it was just resisting i'd get at least one sucess.

Also of note is that human npcs don't seem to change postures twice, only once. However since they are affected by dizzy its not really a big issue.

dizzy and knockdown work on creatures... sort of... what happens is you will get a knockdown animation if the knockdown works (some creatures are extremely resistant to it btw... i have had a few mobs resist 8 in a row when i decided to test the move) the creature though will always get back up and pretend to fight... but if you watcxh the combat window you will see that he never hits you. about10-15 sec later though he will just start hitting you. unfortuately the creatures/mobs that have weapons can and will try to kite you occaisonally while knocked down. you get to franticly follow the mob around for a while when this occurs... i even had a humanoid mob once kite me from laying on his back... kind of funny in retrospect but wasnt a happy camper while the fleeing prone rdf commando scooched away from me on his back spinning in a circle...
