Swordsman Archive

Now that I am at Novice Swordsman, whatintermediate skill should I learn first.

I'm still grinding slowly up the swordsman tree but the first I'll get would be Techniques.

I'm a rifleman so I primarily use the sword to finish off targets that choose to melee me (where a rifleman gets destroyed). So I usually only get in the finishing blows with the sword (hence the slow advancement).

The Techniques line gives the improved head hits and (I think) speed boosts. Or maybe accuracy. In any event, I'm going that route for the more powerful mind-hits to finish off already-mind-wounded targets.

depends on what you like to do if yuou like to hit many smaller tgts and aoe kill then offense if you like killing 1 big thing techniques. I like offense as it also provides the 8% dmg reduction from toughness. but i have to admit the 30 percent faster weapon speed is good too...

I started out defense... because being that most of the players and some types of mobs have ranged attack, I wanted something that would help to combat them. So I went Defense, Offense, then Techniques.
