Now I was just curious, does anyone know where to find one? Are they even in game? I obviously see the cert for it.. I was just curious, I haven't heard or seen anything about it.

apparently NPC's are using them now.. so they might be lootable.. but unless you get one off a nightsister/tusken king.. .I doubt they'll be any good.

As of yet they are not craftable, and are not available from any quest in the game.
