I still think they are harder that a elder for the simple reason that if you dont sneak closed to them fast you will get 1 hit kill sometimes by there rifles and in a ns elder even if they have a stun baton you can still have a chance of running and the tuskens they can still snipe you from 45m away.
I got 2 questions first do they drop some decent loot since I only have kill less that 20 and I only have looted credits, tusken clothes, junk and tusken executioners heads, my second questions is if this are the tusken where you loot the rarer black gaffi stick since I'm master swordsman/fencer and I hear this gaffi stick has ap1 and been looking for one even went I know there stat sucks

I used to kill the uber tuskens as a swordsman fairly often. You're right in that they are very dangerous if they use their rifles on you. My tactic was to usually pull them outside the fort first, if they were all grouped up, and then try to spread them out. It helps to bring a junk Cdef pistol with you, so that you can get their attention from 64 meters away instead of having to run up close to get their aggro. Once they are spread out, equip your hammer, charge at one of them, and start spamming Intimidate right away. Even though you'll be too far away for the intimidate to land right away, for some reason if you have a melee weapon equipped, the failed intimidates will get the Tusken to go to melee himself, rather than having him stick to his rifle until you're close. As for loot, they can drop some very nice stuff. The Observers can drop clothing and SEAs with up +23 mods, and the Executioners can drop clothing and SEAs with up to +25 mods. My rough estimate is that maybe 1 in 20 of the uber tuskens dropped a skill modded item. The best item I even got was a bandolier with +22 Two Handed Melee Speed. Here's a few other tips to keep in mind.
1. If you're going to have a ranged player helping you, make sure he stands on the far side of the Tusken. You will likely get knocked down by the Tusken at least a few times, and if they only other person hitting him is a ranged user, the Tusken will usually pull his rifle out. The risk in this situation is that the Tusken will attack your ranged frienda Strafe 2 or some other cone attack before you're able to get up, and if you're laying on the ground between your friend and the Tusken, then that attack is going to take both of you out.
2. The uber Tuskens will land some pretty strong bleeds on you, so you're going to need some level of first aid skill. Master Swords/Master Doc would obviously make things a little easier.
3. If you get two of them on you at once, and you can't get away, it is possible to take them both, but you have to really be on your toes. The one that you are attacking directly will stay melee, however the other one will sometimes decide to pull his rifle. If this happens you need to immediately clear your combat queue, and begin attacking the rifle wielding one. This will force him back to melee. Also make sure that you keep them both intimidated at all times. If you have any anti-knockdown food on you, you may want to take that, too, since the easiest way to die while fighting two of them is if you get knockdowned and then one of them pulls his rifle before you can get back up and force him back to melee.
