Why would they? Nothing game breaking about it now. All they need to do is change it so you cant intimidate or warcry without a melee weapon in your hands to stop ranged people from just picking up novice brawler.

That is actually an easy fix. Just remove it from novice brawler.

My thoughts on intimidate:
Currently, with 90% armor etc, it should not be PvP, but a PvE only ability. It slows PvP way down (anybody else think those 20 min duels are lame?).
Post CU, since armor is changing greatly, then it may balance out in PvP.

I think it will be nerfed at least for PvP. I won't blame them if they take it out altogether or make it so that there is some downside to using it.

I totally agree but its important to realize Intimidate isnt that ONLY thing that causes that.. mitigation 3, toughness, buffs, 80%+ armor, certain chef foods, and a certain elite melee profession that starts with "F" and ends with "-encer" all come to mind as well

i see int going into the master brawler box. hopefully they'll do everything they can to prevent dabbling like move around the defenses in pistoleer so it's not the tree of the year to dabble. all those state defenses plusranged mit 2. who needs ot master pistoleer? they should put the majority of the mods in the master box. i think the majority of melee masters will have master brawler if it doesnt change much since you'll need 2 trees of brawler to get novice melee anything. 6m max range is gonna hurt too but i'll make melee more of a tank like we should be
