what is the counterattack cap? thats really my only question, thanks.

some people will say 125, others will say it doesnt cap.
I have 120 and then got an attachment that bumps me to 132, I will try and run some fights numbers and see where it gets me. So far in general combat it all looks similar, but good either way.
