Thread: speed mods not working?

I dunno if its just me, but i have +14 2h speed in CA's. and well they dont seem too help at all. Does the clothing need to be at full condition or what?Anyone else havign this problem?

+14 no longer effects you speed ans much as it used to...

but it does still work its just dont buy new attachements heh overpriced for the fact that the wont change you speed much .05 less speed isnt worth 20m imho
