Hi swordmans.
I recently looted an AA with +14 to 2handed weapon speed.
As a former swordman i knew this thing (pre-cu) worths a few millions...
I was surprised to find out that after i acutioned it i got no bids at all... only 1 person offered the Min bid (500k).
My question is - is it because there are no more swordamns left or is it because Speed doesnt matter anymore for you?

Both. Although speed does still help a little.

The Dev's built in a system called "diminished returns", so the higher the stat gets, the less it being any higher matters...

It's quite easy to get your sword up to speed now by mixing professions to boost general melee speed, so there isn't the same need for the attachment now. I wear my +15 belt, but it doesn't have the same impact as it did pre-cu, cause I'm already at +125 speed.

yea its really sad...I miss being able to hit repeatedly at speed cap now I hit faster but action drain grr.
