I'm only a novice, and I got a cleaver made and sliced:

Speed: 2.3

Damage: 142-288

.....

I like the cleaver for sort of an "every down" weapon in PVE. In PVP I use the 2-hd curved sword for lunge and the hammer for my actual strikes. Those are pretty good stats on a cleaver, your server must have better cleaver materials than mine.

The damage is about 75 lower Max than a regular curved sord and the speed is roughly .8 slower. At least compared to the ones on Tempest. I have 2 of these swords along with the Gammorian Axe and will use them just for the bleed/disease they have but they aren't worth it as main weapons.

I would use it if it didnt have that awful min dmg

Can you get it sliced for more damage?

Mine is sliced for damage so its about 246 max now, i do use it as a main weapon on all targets, but if im going for mind damage i use a ph or the special axe.

Its nice. Though thing is, its supposed to be a fencer weapon yet it has a master swords cert..

yeah its a fencers weapon with a Swordsman cert on it. And considerign the Junit Mace and Acid Sword your better off spending your money elsewhere. Unless your just looking for a collectible.
