Can someone explain how center of being (i think that is what the new brawler defense thing is called) works? My skill points are kindof tight (only 1 left over) and i was wondering how much i would need to drop if i want to get this new skill tree or if it is even worth it.

how do i get on test center?

This is a new ability all brawlers get at novice. It doesn't work very well until you actually get to an elite brawler tree and gain some counterattack/block/dodge/defense acuity mods though.
