Do mabari belts take AA's or were they changed with ubese shirts and now take CA's? And if i decide not to put it in a belt so i can use a PSG what's the best to go with? It's a +3 2H speed which will cap me with my PH and i'll be useing almost all the time in PvE vs Nightsisters and Rancors mostly.

if you PVP alot a PSG is usually better than a mabaro belt, unless its got some nice mods in it (i sacrificed a psg for +17 2-handed speed and +15 counterattack, still waiting for a 2H accuracy). if your only fighting PVE with it put it in a belt and just take it off for PVP. if the belt isnt an option most have found that Biceps/Brancers degrade slowest as long as you are wearing full arm armor (includes gloves). this area takes very few hits and when spread out over the 5 pieces of armor it they last the longest.

there is an armor bandoleer, can't remember if it is marbari (ya, i didn't even come close to spelling it right), or ubese (not that one either) that i think takes AA's like a belt. Of course it takes the backpack slot, so you would need to PvP fast and light.

Please forgive my obvious question, but what's a PSG? Is it personal shield generator?

Ubese Bandos and Shirts are now considered Clothing and only take CAs
PSG = Personal Shield Generator, takes the spot of a belt.

The "Stat Bonus" is very minor. Wookie secondaries blow. Humans are better for stats hands down. The Wookie Composite is very nice, though.
As for the original question, put it in a belt if you want it to be permanent. For the time being, those are still 0 condition and accept AAs. I personally believe it's ridiculous for them to have changed Ubese Shirts and Bandoliers to clothing given that an ARMORsmith crafts them and their names have ARMOR in them. That is, however, besides the point.
