what kind of damage can you get with acklay bones?
what is standard bones?
what is good bones?
what is very good bones?
and what damage ph can you get with all these bones?
what damage would these bones get you in a ph? (i dont have these, just figuring out the ratio and damage levels)

lots of damage, with lots of luck 950ish is possible.
standard: 65/65
good: 120/150
very good: 150/200
to figure out the damage talk to a ws on your server. normal reinforcement cores are something like 45/45. so take the stats of a hammer and add the bones then subtract the base core stats to see what the hammer will be. then hope for a 30% + damage slice and you have a powerful weapon.

I've got some 197/194 Acklay bones coming my way. Using your equasion, what kind of hammer am I looking at?

An exploited one....
The max should be higher than the min.
But with a good slice you could get around 350 ish - 830 ish

Hey Pix what WS are you gonna use? now that sushi is gone, im still having a problem finding a great WS. i know some really good ones, but not great ones

friend of mine has some 180/250 bones and he's made some 900 + hammers, also he has had exeptional bones with min over max, its not exploited but makes a nice pvp hammer

some uber bones just got looted on tarquinas, around 230-350 i think. one guy bought a bone, put it in a ph, and got a 34% dmg slice... its around 430-1050 dmg unpupd. /drool

Not really exploited 
A three point difference won't make the hammer's min higher than its max, which is the 'exploit.'

Mmmmm...Mitigation breaker. lol.
It depends entirely on the WS you use, what kind of materials they have, how knowledgeable they are on the topic of Acklay Bone use. I'd say that you'd be much better off posing this question to the WS that will be making them for you.
