You can add up to +25 with attatchments. Anything beyond that does not take effect.

He was talking about accuracy not speed. Speed is in fact +95. Accuracy i'm not 100% sure but I think it's +25 on tapes but foods can effect it to a greater extent raising it higher.

Depending on the speed of weapon, most swordsmen aim for +95 2H speed: as, currently, that mod value tends to speed cap us witha PH (which are usually mod'd with speeds of 5.5ish).My own tendency is to aim for+97 2H speed, just to make sure.

lol, accuracy will cap at +25 w/ attachments and then you can add another +12 FS accuracy.... so w/ master brawler/master 2h you have 135 accuracy, plus attachments wil take you to 160 then FS will take you to 172.... supposedly

To awnser your question, there is NO cap for SURE.However the very best you can do is master swordsman, master brawler, FS melee accurasy, and s combination of+25 in skill mods(the cap on clothing atachments, armor atachments, ect. is 25... that includes the combination of any of them. So lets say you had a +15 in your shirt and a +5 in your helmet +5 in your gloves and + 13 in your pants... your 13 points over the skill mad cap so those xtra 13 points do nothing. This applys for all clothing mods of all kind whether it be injury treament speed, or throw weapon accurasy.)

Last night. A guy in my guild is one. And if you knew anything they're needed to take down bases.
