I have been teras kasi forever and was thinking of changing to swords. would you guys say that swords has more power? or are they about the same? just curious. i like the power TKM has but am kinda getting bored with it. thought a change would be nice. my other profession is Creature Handler, if that makes a difference.

yep even without full speed cap swords beat TK on high level things, but once yuo speedcap with an Ackley PH you can pwn TKM's at any time or place

lol ur comeing on the swords forum asking a bunch of swordsman which is powerful what did you expect them to say lol... But ya with my 980 dmg ph i spank tks like i spank a nuna lol

lol yea that makes sense. of course you wouuld all say swords are better lol. oh well i think you guys have convinced me though. at least if anything else it will be something different to try for now. thanks alot

I used to be TKM..dropped it for swords and liked it wayyy more. Although i kinda miss the easy knockdowns

Same here, and i fell inlove with swords... I was also master doc with master swords... well. i got rid of that and now going for Defence stuff. almost master brawler. going to go up pistoler tree for that knockdown defence. to. heheh

Swordsman is definitely more powerfull than TKM, just get speedcapped with an acklay hammer.

Well go here and plug in 700 for max dmg and 250 for the min dmg and a speed of 95 and set it to swordsman (why those stats, they are about average for a speedcapped swordsman, because acklay hammers are damn expensive). Then go pulg in the average stats for a VK and set it to TK, I think the numbers speak for themselves.

I sorta liked TKA better than Swordsman, meditating etc, you can apply states real easy.. Swordsman is alot stronger though, and for the people who say ''just get speedcapped''.. it's not that easy, probably gonna cost you 15m+ to get speedcapped and a lot of us don't have that kind of money.

not true Im master brawler/swords/ have FS melee spd that puts me at 92
+5 / +75 / +12 = 92 need +3 attachment or a combination to be at 95 then your capped with a 6.0 or lower hammer. It will cost ya lot of time to get FS tree and a few million for a +3 Ca or AA in my opinion. its doable and makesa huge difference. I love swords

I'm going Master Swords, 0-4-4-0 Fencer and 3-0-4-0 Pikes with Master Brawler of course...my melee weapons specialist since I have a separate TKM toon.
