Apparently our posture down counts for this timer. So basically are area3 is almost worthless. Run into a big crowd and area3 to posture down, except now we posture everybody down once and when they get up we're dead. Great! Thanks SOE for gimping our already gimped profession.

Posture down & knockdown are on seperate timers apparently, theres a post on the tera kasi forums that explains it pretty well http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=teras_kasi_artist&message.id=14965and all melee's are fubar'ed not just swordsmen.

Yes, all melee are fubared, and because of that 30 sec timer change being put in because of griefers and abusers in PvP, we're all going to suffer in PvE, if not in PvP too. Go and try to keep someone from kiting you, now.

Gorecki, do you have no jurisdiction at all over this? Has there not been sufficient and loud enough complaints about this change?

As i explained in other posts communication channels with the Devs are "heavily malfunctioning" right now.

This is certainly an issue and as it seems not only for us.

The only "good" thing about it is that those changes are live now. We have facts now and are clearly able todetermine now if it's definitely the gimp everyone expected.

Therefore i'm gonna call in a Swordsmen's Round Table where i want to collect post patch issues about those changes.
