Thread: I must be crazy cause I am having fun
I have one toon that is a Rifleman/MCH, use to be a Pistoleer/MCH,(please no flames) and one toon that is a swordsman/AndNotSureWhatYet. I got to say that being a swordsman (even if I take a lot more damage) is a lot more fun then being a rifleman or a pistoleer. It might be that I don't do PvP and just PvE. Who knows and who cares. All I know is that swining that powerhammer is a blast. Wow I did a pune.
I just had to write that. I read a lot of negative posts on all the forums I go to here in SWG Land so I thought I would write a semi-happy one.
I'm sure your having fun. We all did when we first started swinging swords. Your like a lot of other first time swordsman who come here and tell us seniors we're being cry babies. It just amazes me.
It doesn't surprize me though athow many of those swordsman just vanish after a week or two when they realize all the hard earned points went into skill boxes that did nothing new (with one or two small exceptions).
I'm not flaming you .. although I could because you'd called so many of us cry babies wtih no testicles(which isn't an option for me anyway but I get your cute anatomy play on words) I'm just letting you know your a dime a dozen and your day will come when you're a disgruntled gray hair with a rusty old sword who has to take up two other professions just to stave aliveagainst a wet behind the ear one-box novice commando or bounty hunter.
But.. that being said enjoy the novelty while it lasts!

I love how you put words in my post that I never wrote. Where in my post did I call anyone a "crybaby"? I see. It's my sig. I assume you also noticed the Creature Handler part? Have you been in the SWG Discussion Forum lately? Have you seen the nerf cries in there concerning CH by chance. All the whining about CH?
My advice. Do not assume something that does not exist. It makes you look like an ass. Also, when I pick something I want to play I stick with it. You do not know me so do not assume anything about me.
Heh, I'm actually having fun also.
Here's my cycle of professions:
1st: Swordsman/Rifleman (character got deleted by a bug)
2nd: Bounty Pistols IV / Master Pistoleer (was uber, but not too fun, so I dropped it)
3rd: Smuggler / TKA (Didn't get very high on this one, Smugler Dirty Fighting IV, TKA 2/1/3/2)
4th: Master Combat Medic / Low pistoleer (Combat medic is a pain, spending hours every day maintaining harvesters just so you can pay to heal people)
So I re-rolled up a swordsman again, went pure meele this time, so I'm swordsman/CH, right now I'm Swordsman 1/4/1/2 and CH 3/2/1/3 and I'm having a blast, I think this prof is alot more fun than any of the other ones.
I hope youre not talking about me laglag. I believe i called you a cry baby in another thread due to your inability to do well in pvp. I'm still low level, and i still think you are a cry baby, but by no means am I a noob. I find this very insulting. Bought the game the day it came out and managed to get on the second day. My choice then was swordsman and ive been at it since. Maybe because i dont rush around leveling up constantly like you most likely do that makes you feel youre a vet or something, well i just find that laughable. Stop flaming the noobs about having fun. I'm still having fun and im going to have even more fun once they fix all the annoyances in a month or so. So let me reapete myself incase you didnt hear me the last time: Go whine elsewhere, the REAL swordsmen dont want to hear it. And apologies incase i got the wrong female twilek, theres like 3 of you on the swordsmen boards and i get all of you confused.
